I was seen almost as soon as I walked in the door. I didn't have to reorganize my day around my appointment at all. They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care. I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me. Great doctor's. I have been going there for years and I love it! The receptionist is a sweetheart!!!

They were very polite and helpful and made sure that I had everything I needed. They had quite a few interesting magazines, which made my time in the waiting room go by much faster. One of the first things I noticed about this business was how many different areas of the building were handicap-accessible. I have been to other places where I couldn't tell how someone in a wheelchair could even enter, but they really spent a lot of time to accommodate people with all different needs.

Dr. Kareus is my main provider and is absolutley amazing!! His schedule can be pretty booked some days and the staff has no problem scheduling me with another provider. At Pueblo, they have both 3 PA's, a PN, and 3 Doctors. If you only want to see a doctor (although the PA's and PN are amazing) just ask. This is also an 042 (HIV+) Specialist. The staff is wonderful, always smiles. I was at an appointment with my Cardio and their Medical Records, Alissa, sent my blood work, and xrays in 5 minutes with just a phone call! I HIGHLY recommend =)
