He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.

The wait was absolutely ridiculous. It messed up my entire day. I don't think they were very experienced or well-trained. They didn't know what they were doing at all. Whenever I called with a question or concern, the staff made me feel stupid for calling. I avoided calling because I didn't want to feel stupid.
