This provider has helpful information available online, which is really convenient. They have a good website and online presence. They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me. They were very sympathetic to my situation, and made me feel cared for. I knew that I could count on them at all times. It is so refreshing to see a provider that you can tell truly cares about their appearance. They strive to maintain a professional appearance and look their best at all times. I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation.

They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. My appointment felt a little rushed. I understand that they are busy, but I would have liked a little more time. Whenever I called with a question or concern, the staff made me feel stupid for calling. I avoided calling because I didn't want to feel stupid. They are nice but WAY overbooked and the staff is clearly overworked. They should really allow for more time in between appointments if they want to keep any business. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional.

Never, they are very reliable.
