I had an unnessacary surgery done that left me with immobility in my left hand. I then had a recommended second surgery which also did not fix my hand. I am seeking legal advice.

There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. They were very sympathetic to my situation, and made me feel cared for. I knew that I could count on them at all times. Their office was the absolute perfect temperature. It was so nice to be able to get out of the weather outside and sit in a relaxing, comfortable office.

My appointment felt a little rushed. I understand that they are busy, but I would have liked a little more time. They were very qualified and knowledgeable. I could tell that they've been doing their job well for quite a while. I was a little disappointed at how helpful the staff was when I called with my questions and concerns. They definitely could have been more polite. The waiting time was ridiculously long at times.
