The office was easy enough to find. All the parents in my community respect them, and recommended that I bring my child there. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed.
