There definitely appears to be a trend of overbooking clients here. The wait has gotten longer and longer from when I first started seeing them. They either didn't read my information or didn't pay any attention to it. Even though they had my information right in front of them, I kept having to explain it to them and remind them why I was there. The restrooms at this provider's office were clean and well-maintained. You could tell that they cleaned them regularly. They make no effort to make me feel special. I don't think they appreciate my loyalty to them.
