I didn't feel particularly respected during my visit. They didn't really go out of their way to be nice. One thing I don't like, is that I can't be confident that they'll work with me until they find the best solution for me. I'm always worried they're going to just settle with a solution that works. They barely gave me any information at all, and seemed put out that I asked a few questions. I would never refer any of my family and friends to go here. If I had known how terrible they were I never would have gone. It was awful.

They barely gave me any information at all. I'm going to have to do my own research to get my questions answered. Their staff was not that friendly, and didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome. I feel like my appointment was pointless. None of my questions were answered, nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left. The nurse was left to explain my test results over the phone. I never was allowed to discuss the results with the doctor, she was too busy

When comparing them to others in their field, I would say they are by far the worst I have ever seen. I will never return. They couldn't really answer all of my questions, some of them went unanswered. I was a little unsure about my treatment still. The wait was absolutely ridiculous. It messed up my entire day. Every time I come here I feel so unwelcome as soon as I enter the door. They can never seem to remember my name when I first arrive and always forget it throughout my appointment. She is horrifyingly rude, and condescending. She never stitches after birth in a proper fashion, but rather lazily throws thread around, and now I'm scarred down there. She wasn't there for my birth, and never gave me descriptive answers. She never showed she cared about me or my birth or situation at all.
