Dr. Moore of Fayetteville, Arkansas mis-diagnosed during a routine "wellness" exam. Also cost our family thousands of dollars by failing to file paperwork with our insurance company properly. We ended up retaining an attorney to help us recover damages.

Service was poor and we simply cannot recommend this doctor. Our experience makes him an embarrassment to health care in Arkansas.
