They've answered a couple of my questions over the phone, but most of the time I have to schedule an appointment. They've only answered a question of mine over the phone once or twice. Most of the time they make me drive all the way down there for an appointment. Not only am I dissatisfied with how my appointment went, I feel like they really don't care to find a long term solution. Their record keeping seems to be messy, you will wait hours to see doctor and I can say this because I have been going regularly for sometime now.
