First, when you sign in, notice that there will be 3 or 4 others that have the same appointment time as you for the same (only one) doctor in the clinic.
That being said, over a dozen or so must wait in a 3 x 6 feet waiting area for at least half an hour where everyone can trade bacteria.
Don't schedule an appointment around 4-5 pm. If you do, expect to be rushed and wait for at least an hour.
Don't schedule immediately after they reopen after lunch break. The staff and the doctor will be at least 10-20 minutes late returning.
Better yet, don't take your child in this clinic.

Almost every time I bring my child in, they say that they have to run a ton of tests that are very pricey. Sometimes, my child just has a cough, and doesn't need all those expensive tests. It's very annoying. I wish they had been a little more respectful of my values and opinions on parenting issues. They were a little understanding, but not enough. The waiting area was overcrowded and too small. Multiple people had to stand as there were not enough seats. Everyone was pretty much wedged in. and now that i need my childs shot records i ve been having more difficulty with getting it faxed even to to new peditricion located in a whole differnt county my child needs child care since i am going to school to better my education , life, and the future of my son. Which if it itsnt enough with the econmy, to able to go back in person to receive the copy in my hand. I sent a varies of fax request and called and left messages as well. in various intents to contact the facilty from my childs peditrion, child care staff, and a public clerical office. and still no response what so ever till this day! disappointed and not knowing what else to do.

Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable. It was really nice to see how patient they were with first-time mothers. I've seen some other pediatricians get really annoyed whenever a first-time mother asks a question, but they don't do that here. They have really great customer service here. They always put their customers first, regardless of the situation.

We've transferred to another pediatrician. The office is extremely disorganized and cluttered.
The front door does not open all the way as a bookshelf blocks it from opening just after half way, this means it is NOT handicapped accessible . The waiting room is dingy and dirty looking.
The office staff is very disorganized. As each patient arrives while I am waiting the staff always ask the same question...What is your insurance. They actually are supposed to know this before you walk in the door.
When I was asked to wright personal info on a piece of paper for the receptionist she lost it within a few minutes in her horde messy papers, charts and scribbled notes. She asked me for a second time to write the info. She lost that too. That to me just reeks of incompetence. As the Dr lets this behavior continue I personally have no choice but to also question her competence.
I will not return, nor will I recommend this office to anyone I know.

No, they close exactly on schedule despite any circumstances

Somewhat, they didn't want to listen to almost anything I said
