"Dr. Bill" has been my children's pediatrician for over 15 years. He is essentially , the only pediatrician they have ever known and I chose my health insurance in order to ensure he would be their doctor. j. I have always found his staff professional, courteous, helpful and friendly. I have never had a problem getting an appointment which is a blessing for working parents. Dr. Bill is a skilled technician who also has a nice balance of "bedside manner" and listens to the parents concerns and input. In a couple of years my children will be too old for a pediatrician, I just hope we do not have too much difficulty finding another physician which will provide the same excellent care.

Absolutely! They respect my child's individuality and always address both of us

No. I still haven't talked to them.
Was there annoying music playing while you waited or during your visit?
No, there was no annoying music

Not that I have seen

Yes, they had everything you could possibly need!

Yes, in fact they had two separate rooms!

Somewhat, they could've been more understanding

I have been taking my son to Dr. Hitchcock for the past 2&1/2 years and have had a wonderful experience every time. The staff are very nice and Dr. Hitchcock always goes above and beyond in caring for his patients. The office and rooms are extremely clean and there is a separate area for sick children as well as a back door and room for those who come in with rashes. Thankfully my son doesn't need to visit often, but when trying to diagnose a minor skin condition (psoriasis), Dr. Hitchcock knew exactly what to do and continues to check in with us on the progress. I am now pregnant with our second child and will most definitely continue my children's care with La Jolla Pediatrics/Dr. Hitchcock. I highly recommend his services.
