I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. It was easy to get the appointment time that worked for my schedule. The waiting room is charming with a fish tank that kids and parents love. They never suggest that I buy anything, they hand out free samples when applicable (skin cremes), and they never ever pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional, and are great with kids, both Dr. Sloninsky and Dr. Sanford, and the other doctors and nurses. I was left in the appointment room by myself, but they returned soon. There are delicious sugar free lollipops in a basket for free at checkout.
