They've never been late to any of my appointments. I've even showed up early sometimes and they've always been ready and prepared. Just as a side note, this business is really conveniently located and is close to everything. It is right off and freeway and close to all kinds of shops. I was able to do my shopping for the week right after my appointment. I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. Not only were they able to answer all of my questions about immunizations, they gave me a lot of information that I wasn't aware of. I was amazed how much they knew.
