Dr Stainer barely gave me any information at all. He did not read my medical history ! nor did he ask me if i had any questions as a matter of fact the only reason he talked to me at all is is due to the fact that i was very unhappy with the way he talked down to me before dismissing me like a kid in the principals office ! they then brought me back into the exam room where dr stainer was very abrupt and challenging ! making sure to show his disapproval at my being unhappy with his attitude ! he told me several times "it will take a better man than me to fiqure out your problems " it did turns out my problem was a reaction to meds i take however Dr stainer look at my med list quickly and said none of those cause what you are descibing . take my advice and find a DR that will read your chart and listen to what you have to say before they dismiss you !
I'm going to have to do my own research to get my questions answered. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. They didn't help me as much as I was hoping and didn't answer all my questions. The office was easy enough to find.

They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. Their prices were very fair. The level of care you get for the price is outstanding. I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me. They had quite a few interesting magazines, which made my time in the waiting room go by much faster.
