I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation. I was amazed at how wonderfully they treated each of their staff members. They were so appreciative and thankful. I've never seen any employer treat their staff better, and it made me want to come back that much more. I couldn't believe how knowledgeable and well-informed the staff was. They were able to answer all my questions, except the ones they needed to have their boss's input on. It was great to be able to talk to such a skilled staff. I knew I was getting top-of-the-line treatment when they told me about what they learned at the latest conference they attended, and how they were incorporating that knowledge into the practice.

(And yes, I'm sure Dr. Bosetti smelled nice. That first survey question was funny. I don't sniff my doctors.)

Dr. Bossetti made sure every single question I had was answered, and is always available. Their staff is the most friendly and welcoming. Dr. Bossetti removed two cataracts. I highly recommend Dr. Bossetti and his staff.

I am definitely not going to go out of my way to recommend them to anyone I know after my experience. What can I say, they were warm, welcoming, and friendly and went out of their way to make me feel at home. They definitely put in the extra effort to make me feel valued and important. I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. However, I think their medical billing practices are suspect.... they billed both my medical plan and my vision plan, doubling my co-pay and out of pocket expenses. ( because their optomologist in the office does not fit for contacts or glasses, so they say you HAVE to see the optomitrist in the office! what a racket!) The office manager says they are " doing nothing wrong" and was NOT willing to discuss the situation. Will NEVER go back there!
