They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary. Everything they told me in the beginning ended up turning out exactly the way they said it would. They were able to provide me everything they promised me. As soon as I walked through the door, I was immediately greeted by the staff. I had to wait forever after I arrived for my appointment. They always overbook patients and make all wait 2-3 hours to be seen! I was disappointed because it takes so much time from one's day.
