Customer service is terrible. They charged a no show fee even though we called to change the appt. They are unresponsive and rude!! :(

It's shocking how little they seem to care about customer service. From my experience It appears as if customers are never put first here. The staff is incredibly rude and seem to care more about themselves. Every time I visit, I have to remind them why I'm visiting them. It makes me feel like they don't care about me. I had to wait a few weeks to get an appointment but I eventually got in. Whenever I have a question, even if it's very basic, they always make me schedule an appointment, which is extremely frustrating.

I was referred to Dr. Panvini and could not be LESS satisfied. He prescribed a medication that had a known interaction, with a medication, I told him I was currently taking. The interaction was potentially severe enough that the Pharmacist called him to confirm his knowledge of the potential interaction. Dr. Panvini approved the prescription. Because of the interaction that took place - I have spent 3 days in the hospital. I contacted Dr Panvini's office upon admittance to the emergency room and as of now - 3 days later - still in the hospital, have yet to hear from him.
