Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. They never left me for an extended period of time and I never felt ignored. The restrooms at this office were spotless. It smelled amazing in there and looked immaculate.

They always make sure to return my phone call as soon as possible. They've never left me waiting. They never have that typical, annoying music playing here. If they do play music it is soothing and appropriate for the setting. I love how much attention to detail they show. They are always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something. Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately.

Highly disappointed in Dr. Fadoul and his dismissive, arrogant attitude towards his patients. After office visits where our time with him was very rushed, and our questions and concerns were not only dismissed, but somewhat ridiculed, we finally decided to switch to a different physician. Dr. Fadoul did not seem to want to spend any time discussing test results or options that were availble to us...and for a patient facing the possibility of cancer, it is of utmost importance to be able to have a discussion with the physician instead of being mocked and not given any opportunity to speak. Unfortunately Dr. Fadoul seems to be the worst stereotype of an arrogant specialist with zero empathy towards his patients. To make matters worse, the childish behavior which was displayed once he realized that we wanted a second opinon from another physician, was one of the most unprofessional acts that I have ever witnessed.
