I had to see a urologist due to pain, and my normal Dr. was out of town for a week. Dr. Santangelo got me in the next morning. I was nervous to see a female urologist, but she was very comforting and professional. I was very impressed with her, and would highly recommend her to others. The office staff was great as well.

I am always so impressed with how quickly my calls are answered here. I am never put on hold for a long time. They have really great customer service here. They always put their customers first, regardless of the situation. There is a wait but not as long as some offices. What I really like is how her assistant calls me back the same day with answers to my questions. Dr. Santangelo is a really great physician and very attentive.

No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments
