I found this doctor to be rushed and abusive. She would not take the time to listen to me and developed an incorrect preconceived diagnosis without obtaining all of the facts. She is not a good listener or fact finder and she thinks she knows all of the answers without taking the time to take a complete history. Not only that there are several incorrect things in the history she did type into the computer while I was there. She doesn't pay attention and is too rushed. That is dangerous. Quite frankly I would not refer anyone to her. She is dangerous. She misdiagnosed me and caused me considerable pain and then was unwilling to admit her mistake. She sent me home without medication when I had an infection causing me to have to call her associate on the weekend. I almost ended up in the ER. Her assistant would not admit that the dipstick test was postive to support the doctors decision however I had two other dipstick tests that day that came out positive and I had all the symptoms of a urniary tract infection. The doctor decided I did not have an infection not from actual data but rather from some kind of claravoyance she thinks she has. She told me I didn't have a bladder infection before her assistant even did the dipstick. Now how did she know that??? I believe her assistant lied about the results to support the doctor because two other dipsticks that day came out positive. That is inexcusable. If I could rate her zero stars that is what I would rate her as she caused me needless pain and suffering. I have lost total trust in this doctor. Quite frankly her treatment of me bordered on malpractice.

Not really. I had to schedule an appointment for most of my questions.

They try not to, but sometimes it happens.
