Dr. Tearston is the absolute best! Not only is the work phenomenal, but he is a kind, understanding and extrremely dedicated. When anyone asks me about where to find a great plastic surgeon I always recommend him. People do not even know I have had work done. I was very pleased with my results and wouldn't go to anyone else. They take every precaution to make sure patients receive the highest level of care possible. This plastic surgeon exceeded my expectations in every way, can't think of anything I would have changed about the way the appointment went. This provider is a pleasure to work with! The time and money spent was so worth it. I wouldn't trust anyone else to do such amazing work

I have had several cosmetic procedures by well known cosmetic surgeons in Beverly Hills. Dr. Gary Tearston is my favorite. He performed my facelift and after 10 years I am still amazed at what he has done for me. I knew I was in good hands from the moment I entered his office and reviewed his before/after client photos. He has taken fairly ordinary looking woman, made a few modifications and transformed them into stunning women. His eye and talent for aesthetics cannot be matched. His results are natural and simply phenomenal. Dr. Tearston is a kind, caring gentleman. Don't make a mistake and go elsewhere. He's the best. He will exceed your expectations.

I've been a patient of Dr. Tearston for over 20 years, although I have not had surgery from him since 2000 -ish. I have perfect implants, soft and beautiful. He also gave my a brow lift and cheek implants. The result was always totally natural and virtually no scars. He came to check on me post op at a recovery center, and was always a perfect gentleman. I sincerely hope he has not become the "butcher" as described in another post. For me, he was an angle and my breasts are still the envy of friends who did not have the luck to have him as their doctor.
