Absolutely not!! They never listen to customers complaints and argue with them

Staffing was alright but Dr. Staahl lacks communicative skills in addition to surgical skills...He is a trained ENT that has gone into the money making business of what he calls cosmetic surgery.... I don't think he is up to par on the ENT aspect as my nose was so severely damaged after he did the surgery to repair my nose. This is a warning...think long and hard before using Dr. Staahl for surgical or non invasive procedures.

Consider this a warning...Do not use this Doctor. He is bad at surgery and professionalism and communication skills are awful. I went through nasal surgery with him and came out far worse than I started out. Had severe nasal collapse,breathing problems and nerve damage. Dr. Staahl would not address questions I had and told me I was being adversarial!!! The Doctor wanted to inject filler into my damaged nose and do a revision in his office but I would not trust this man to touch me again. I am warning you to think twice before any surgery or noninvasive treatment with this surgeon or practice. See other review websites for negative reviews...many other patients feel the same.
