I have only great things to say about the Man, the Doctor and the artist. Dr Bernstein did the best eye job for my husband. He is a true artist, and an even more accomplished surgeon. I know that Dr. Bernstein’s attention to detail is one of his strongest qualities. Thank you for all the true kindness you showed my husband and myself, I see it every time I look in his eye. Best cosmetic surgeon ever!

First time I went for a consult, Dr. Bernstein was VERY friendly, detailed and showed warm, knowledgeable professionalism. He even took time to share with my wife and me about his life in South Africa. However...
I was stunned and disappointed when I returned for follow up months later and he was totally impatient, condescending and unwelcoming. One sentence answers, and an seeming lack of desire to have me in office. Downright rude and arrogant. I could not believe the difference and wondered if he had confused me with someone else or what. Night and day change from great patient care to incredibly AWFUL service--from both the doctor and his receptionist. I would never return there.

I received rhinoplasty from Dr. Bernstein when I was 15 years old to correct some breathing problems due to polyps and a deviated septum. Immediately following the procedure I had had significanlty diminished air capacity on of the left side of my nose. I've struggled with breathing problems ever since and continue to as an adult. Post surgery Dr. Bernstein was arrogant, impatient, and condescending when I tried to disuss the issue. Next week I will go in for an MRI to gain further data on my breathing problems. This has been an absolute nightmare. Not a day goes by where I don't regret the surgery and the implications. Consider yourself warned. I would avoid this doctor at all costs.

I've been going to Dr. Bernstein for the past 15 years. He did my upper eyelid lift, many peels, and injected filler to correct the appearance of my nose. Now I am 40 and most people guess that I am 30! This is because of Dr. Bernstein. He is the only doctor I have trusted with my face.
