I was confident that they were using the latest treatment methods. Their staff is very friendly and professional. It was easy to get the appointment time that worked for my schedule.

Staff and doctor were courteous. He took the time to explain things. The only problem was that he told me I had a deviated septum and then told me how horrible the surgery is and left me a bit unclear on whether or not he thought it was warranted in my case, but maybe he likes to give the patient the choice and one could definitely say that it's a huge plus that he doesn't push you into surgery.

It was easy to get the appointment time that worked for my schedule. I know that they have a lot of clients here so I understand that they many not remember my name every time, but I am always really impressed when I walk in the door and am greeted by name. They always try to make the effort and for this I am grateful. The staff was very helpful no matter how many times I called with a question or concern. They never made me feel uncomfortable for asking any question. The doctor and staff made every effort to make me feel welcome. They are friendly and nice.

No, they've never taken personal calls with me

The doctor has a great dry sense of humor. "Took care of all my issues and got me in quickly. Everything went very smoothly with my appointment.

Dr. Arnstein did a procedure on our child. He may or may not be a competent doctor but has no bedside manner whatsoever. We found him extremely arrogant, uncaring, cold, and quick to order more procedures.

Dr. Arnstein will make sure you feel worse than you already do after speaking with him. I have never seen him smile. He gives a strong impression you are a great inconvenience to him.

In my humble opinion, Dr Arnstein should not interact with the public but instead consider doing research work alone.
