The restrooms at this provider's office were clean and well-maintained. You could tell that they cleaned them regularly. They need to treat their staff with more respect. They weren't overly rude but they could have been a lot nicer. They had a few different appointment times available but none were perfect for my schedule. The office was easy enough to find. I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged.

Not at all, I didn't notice a smell.
