Dr. Kelly is a very good doctor. He gave a confident quick diagnosis of my hearing loss and potential for recovery. He went out of his way to make me feel special and respected, and was very sympathetic to my situation as I am a musician. He made it a point to say that I could count on him to be there for me if I had any questions about my hearing loss.

The staff here is friendly & efficient. They had quite a few interesting magazines, which made my time in the waiting room go by much faster.
