Dr. Mo and his office was bar-none the worst experience with a doctor that I've EVER had. One week he'd take my father off a medication, two weeks later he asked WHY he had not been taking that med and put him back on. When trying to straighten out the situation, it took FOUR DAYS for someone to call me back and even then, it was MY calling their office on a daily basis to get answers. I am honestly shocked that he has any patients at all. Perhaps we were just very unlucky with our care but all four of our visits to Dr. Mo we encountered problems from the office scheduling issues to not being able to get the doctor to call us back with the proper prescription. Very, very disconcerting.
