Immediately! They gave me a friendly greeting as soon as I walked in

No, if they had music on it was very soothing

I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated. All of my questions were answered thoroughly during my appointment. I was given so much information; it really helped me out a lot. They gave me sufficient information to make a decision about my treatment plan. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have.

Dr. Lee is very pleasant. He notices when 89-year-old Mom is nervous and is good at chatting with her to put her at ease. People who work with him also have a very good blend of professionalism and just plain niceness. I would recommend him to anyone.
