Dr. Jackson is a very concerned doctor and shows it in how he talks to a patient and how he physically treats a patient. He tries to put the patient at ease by explaining what he believes is happening in language the patient understands.

My Mom is a patient of Dr. Jackson, and we just love, Love, LOVE him! Whatever Dr. Jackson says to do - we do! We're not blind sheep...he's just that brilliant! He's got a rare combination - medical brilliance, and excellent bedside manner. He doesn't know it, and he may not approve it, but If he ever retires we're taking Mom to his house for treatment - sort of a reverse house call!
