They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional. They had a huge selection of magazines in the waiting room. I was able to find some of my favorites and they kept me entertained while I was waiting for my appointment. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. They are always prepared for my appointment and remember everything about me. They never left me for an extended period of time and I never felt ignored.

Never! I don't think I've ever been put on hold here for a long time
