They always have an immediate answer for me when I call with a question. They would never try to get me to make an appointment unless I really needed one. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. It was easy to get the appointment time that worked for my schedule. They had a couple of interesting magazines, but their selection wasn't very impressive. I spend a little too much time in the waiting room. I've waited longer at other offices, but I was hoping to be seen sooner.
