I've been going to Dr. Herzlinger for 20+ years. We have a history of skin cancer in my family so he is extremely thorough with me. He does work very quickly, so make sure you know what you are in there for and don't forget anything. He blows in, asks questions, examines you, treats you and blows out. I like that he's efficient and quick, but some people might take that the wrong way...he's just busy and needing to stay on schedule for his other patients. I respect that. Usually, I go with a checklist. If you grew up in the sun, he has a lot to cover, so if you are prepared for the visit, he can cover it all quickly.

Dr Herzlinger is a big man with a big heart who cares about people. He's a no nonsense guy who works fast and treats one well. He listens to his patient.

They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance. They were so easy to reach in an emergency, they answered my call immediately. It is a relief to know that I can count on them to always be there for me when I need them the most. I was very pleased to see that their equipment was state-of-the-art and well taken care of. It really put me at ease to see that everything was so advanced. Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable.
