Staff does not great patients and walk in to a waiting room with a closed glass window just a sign in sheet wait time 2 hours and when the receptionist finally opened the Glass window it was to collect a copay,and I reminded the receptionist that on preventative care well woman visits there is no copay due Doctor Betts did not seem to understand the reason for my visit so I had to remind him I was in for my annual well woman referral for mammogram and flu shot He nor his staff thought flu shot would be covered and I wast advised that the request for a flu shot was pending approval from Carrier and that I would need to come back another day so I called Anthem myself they confirmed that no approval required or necessary the flu shot is covered At no Out of pocket cost to me because this is preventative care The staff and doctor Betts still Said they will not provide flu shot because I am a healthy 51 year old woman and there is a shortage on flu vaccine so I had to take more time out of my schedule to.Travel to CVS Pharmacy who promptly verified the flu shot covered at no out of pocket cost the flu shot was administered and they billed my Carrier In addition to lack of knowledge of staff they were extremely rude and discourteous when I brought to their attention that flu shots and preventative care visits are covered with no out of pocket cost on all plan under the new healthcare laws and as physicians they need to keep up with the changes in their medical field I will not be going back nor would I recommend these physicians to anyone else wanting good medical care

Did a staff member acknowledge or greet you when you entered?
Not at all. They saw me but didn't greet me at all

No, they didn't wear any cologne

Yes, he/she looked very professional

Absolutely! They made me feel like my questions and concerns were stupid
Does this provider ever overbook appointments here?
All the time! the waiting rooms are always packed and It seems as if they are more concerned about quantity over quality

Randy Betts and his daughter Jennifer are pretty rude. It doesn't at all bother them to miss your appointment by more than an hour. In fact, they wondered what was wrong with me that I was upset by a 1 hour 15 minute wait. I must be crazy to think that an 11 a.m. apppointment means 11 a.m., not 12:15 p.m. That's sort of how they try to make you feel.

I've had 3 visits with them. My first visit, 45+ minute wait for 3-5 minutes of consultation, went OK in terms of getting the prescription I wanted. Second visit, another 45+ wait just to find Randy Betts in an utterly confused condition and not terribly interested in what I was saying. Today's visit was just terrible. They missed the appointment and just blew it off. They made some rude comment, then lied to me, so I walked out and got my $20 copay refunded.

Back at work, I picked a new doctor from like a thousand doctors, called them up and was told their wait time is 5-10 minutes. Took about 5 minutes. If you're lazy and willing to put up with long waits and low quality service then you've got the right doctors with Randy and Jenn Betts. But, if you're like me and you have actual expectations of professionals, then you won't go away happy. The good news is, getting another doctor is just so easy. Me, my wife and her family will never return to these guys as patients. Good luck to you.
