I was never able to relax during my appointment. I was on edge the whole time. They don't really take that extra step to make me feel special. I'm just another client to them. I love that they never cancel their appointments last minute here. I can always count on them to be there for me. Most of the time, they don't call me back for quite a while, but they've called me back quickly once or twice. It doesn't matter how many times I come here, they just cannot seem to remember my name and they make no effort to even try. I'd rather go to someone else who might actually appreciate my loyalty and business.

No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments
