I spend a little too much time in the waiting room. I've waited longer at other offices, but I was hoping to be seen sooner. They were late a few times to my appointments. I wish they had made more of an effort to be on time. Whenever I have a question, even if it's very basic, they always make me schedule an appointment, which is extremely frustrating. The waiting area is rather small, but there is always a seat available. It would be nice if it was more spacious, but I've never had to stand. Their office was clean enough, nothing special though.
Having to keep coming back for every little thing is absolutely terrible. Not everyone has an HMO with only a co-payment, some of us have very high deductables to contend with.

Dr. Brandle is an excellent doctor that gives factual information. Appointments are always on time, and staff are very proffesional.

Let me just say that this business is in one of the safest areas around and you will be pleasantly surprised at how lovely the surroundings are. Not only were they able to provide everything they promised me, they went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance. They have given great care to my 2 children and myself. I highly recommend them as a family physician.
