Check in was straightforward. Receptionist really great and warm. Office is gorgeous. Like a an upscale spa. I waited ten minutes past my appointment time and I arrived 5 minutes early. SHE WAS WORTH THE WAIT. Best explanation of my diabetes ever. Motivated me to get control of my eating habits. But didn't make me feel guilty or like I was getting a lecture from a stern parent. Positive and encouraging. I didn't feel rushed out the door.
