I was shocked when they dismissed my concerns as unimportant and told me I was just overreacting. I knew that my situation needed attention, and I couldn't believe that they wouldn't even look into it. They answered most of my questions but I could have used more information. They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up. I was somewhat uneasy during my appointment. I was never able to fully relax.
