My husband and I have been going to Jack Finch for over a year. Everytime we make an appointment the staff has treated my calls like we were scum of the earth. Very impatient
and always very rude. Our medical issues have been small. Everytime I have been seen
I can hear the doctor laugh with his staff about how terrible my soar throught was etc. It's
rude. I could be the only one in the clinic or it could be busy and there is a 45 min at least waiting time to see the doctor. Even if your the only one there for the entire 45 min of waiting... then you get rushed out. One time I had my infant with me and they made me wait so
long that I had to just get up and walk out to make it to another appointment. My infant was screaming... and I was there for 40 min... just waiting for anyone to come in. It's rediculous.
Needless to say... I did give this office ample time to make an impression. My family and I are moving on to greener pastures where they have a normal waiting time and friendly staff.
