Dr. Shatzel is wonderful! I am very happy to be a patient of hers. She is always very kind, and very thorough in all of our appointments.

Dr. Wei-Shetzel is a new breed Doctor that I call a paper pusher. I've been in 3 times and to this date, she has not left her computer to assess me. She's never touched me, asked me to breath, checked a limp node, nada, nothing. She listens to my complaints and filled out prescriptions and referrals without attempting to diagnose the issue on her own. Her staff is rushed and seems to follow her lead. Very little eye contact or follow through on me as the patient. If I were in some kind of an emergency I'd go back. Otherwise, I'm going to look for something better.

They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is the friendly, welcoming. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better.
