It was easy to get the appointment time that worked for my schedule. I was glad that they were located in a safe neighborhood. I've been to some other places where I was scared to get out of my car but not here. I got an appointment quickly. I've never had to wait too long. I love that they never cancel their appointments last minute here. I can always count on them to be there for me. They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered.
