I actually see Dr. Ron Nagayan as my main physician, but I have been to Dr. John Molina as well. I have MS, and they have both been integral in my treatment and care. I always feel like they really listen to my medical complaints/issues and do their best to accommodate me. Both of them have excellent bedside manners and are very caring and empathetic. Dr. Nagayan is especially patient and gives a lot of advice. He is great to talk to, takes his time with you. I always feel like I am being heard and that is very important for a person with MS. One last thing, when you make progress, whether in your health or personal/academic/work life, he is so supportive and a great cheerleader and advocate.

I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. They have a very good professional reputation. I know that I'm under the care of an expert. I was happy that I got in for a follow-up appointment because it helped a lot. However, had I not made the appointment, there never would have been one. It would've been nice if they would have recommended one. There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. and the staff and should treat people better its the only black dot in the office staff should learn from doctor Molina and and treat people like him.doctor Molina its one of the best doctor i ever meet i will go back for sure great doctor
