I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. The chairs they had in the waiting room were average, I would say. They weren't amazing but they weren't totally uncomfortable either. They need to treat their staff with more respect. They weren't overly rude but they could have been a lot nicer. The staff was friendly enough, but I expected more of a warm welcome from a family practice. They left me alone in the appointment room for quite a while.Dr was okay, but distant, and hard to talk to. Lots of kids in the waiting room, and many times they would go out of control (jumping off the chairs, screaming, spitting, fighting) and the parents AND staff did NOTHING to control them. TERRIBLE!

Never! They have lots of business, but they do such a great job of never overbooking.

Absolutely, even the bathrooms are handicap-accessible

Extremely comfortable; I could have fallen asleep

No, if they had music on it was very soothing

Absolutely! You can tell that he/she really makes an effort to look professional

Very! I've never seen an employer treat their staff better

Absolutely, It is the safest neighborhood around

Definitely! It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen!
