I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation. I've never had to worry about them being understaffed or not being able to help me right when I need it. They have a huge staff that's very knowledgeable and qualified. They never have that typical, annoying music playing here. If they do play music it is soothing and appropriate for the setting.

Not really, I've never seen them go above and beyond

Yes, I've never had to worry about them missing any important information

I usually have to wait on hold for quite a while, but not as long as some other places

Yes everything was neat and sterile
