Does this provider always take that extra step to make you feel special?
Absolutely, they always make me feel like I'm their only patient.
Does this provider ever overbook appointments here?
Sometimes, they should allow for more time in between appointments

The wait time is awful. Dr. could use better time management but seems to completely blame her staff and berates them in front of patients. She is reluctant to explain things to you and will sometimes snap at you when you do not answer her question in the way she was looking for. She needs to retire. She'll eventually get you treatment you need, but now I don't go the doctor anymore because of her. If she decides she doesn't like you for whatever reason, then look out. I suspect if you are a baby boomer or of her generation, you may be better served. I wish I know what I did for her to be so strange to me.
