Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to call me to remind me of the appointment so I don't forget. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. My special needs brother is a patient of Dr. Panguluri's, and he is very kind and patient with my brother (he even asks my brother about his beloved Dodgers whenever he has an appointment). I used to work at a local hospital where Dr. Panguluri is on staff, and he is highly regarded, both as a physician, and for being a genuinely nice man.

No, there was no annoying music
