Dr. Buch's staff is not friendly in the least; I really didn't feel welcome there and I hesitate to call because I get "attitude" every time. They barely gave me any information at all. I'm going to have to do my own research to get my questions answered. I would never recommend this doctor to anyone. They are completely inadequate. It's sad, because I think he was, at one time, a good doctor. But it feels very much like a factory now, with apparently too many people to see and too little time (or caring).

We were entirely satisfied with the level of service provided during our visit. I was totally impressed with the staff's great attitude. They welcomed us warmly and were super friendly. They made the extra effort to make every question and concern I had was addressed. They sure didn't make me feel rushed. They really go above and beyond to make us feel special. Doctor Buch took good care my mother. He explained clearly and recommended the good surgeon . Again, thank you Dr Buch and his staff.

They gave me sufficient information to make a decision about my treatment plan. I was happy with the staff; they were quite friendly and made me feel welcome. It is so refreshing to see a provider that you can tell truly cares about their appearance. They strive to maintain a professional appearance and look their best at all times.
