definitely under staffed....on all calls their is a average wait of 5 min.for pick up
there is no recording at all when you call..no info as to your wait period..
worse waiting in the office ...and the office is too small

They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. Their staff is very friendly and professional. I felt like my needs were mostly met, but they didn't make any extra effort. The office was easy enough to find However after hundreds of tests and scans the doctor failed to locate and diagnose my cancer and it was to late to treat. The doctor is nice enough just for basic stomach ailments but does not have the knowledge or access to cutting edge tests and scans that may be necessary to diagnose correctly. You must be your own advocate and educate yourself on your symptoms. .

They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. Their staff is very friendly and professional. I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. I will absolutely return.

They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. They listened closely to everything I was telling them, and showed a lot of attention to detail. I've never had to worry about them forgetting something or not reading my information correctly, which I've encountered at other places.

Dr. Shindel answered all of my questions. He also gave me information on the procedures that he will be doing to find out what is going on with my body. I really appreciate that he is going to do all tests he can to find source of the problem(s).. He didn't send me away with another prescription and tell me to come back in a few monthes, like other dr. have in the past. So I do appreciate him... More to come in the future!
