Terrible service. Doctor doesn't listen, doesn't follow up with the right referrals, sometimes doesn't follow thru with any referral at all. On my first visit, he lectured me for not having insurance earlier; I'm on Medi-cal and couldn't afford it.

No, putting customers first doesn't really seem to be a priority to them
Were the staff members able to answer your questions?
The staff didn't seem to know very much, they couldn't ever answer my questions

Not really, it wasn't very clean
