I've seen Dr. Hass for years. He is an old-school doctor and I really appreciate that. He is very informed but very firm in his opinions. He won't prescribe anything based on your request- just his medical determination - and he won't over-prescribe. He has the old school general practice belief as he handles most everything and only refers to a specialist if requested or if it is really outside of his scope. Both Dr. Hass and his staff are very gracious. Dr. Hass even once met me at the office on a weekend for a bad case of bronchitis rather than sending me to the ER! You couldn't ask for a better care.

They seemed stuck in the past. I was nervous about being exposed to archaic treatment methods. The receptionist is rude beyond belief. Getting a convenient appointment time with them is almost impossible. They have really weird availability and I always have a hard time making an appointment. Apparently they haven't ever heard of the saying "the customer's always right" here. Having a high level of customer service doesn't appear to be their top priority. Getting a prescription filed takes them forever. I have waited days to get it done.

This doctor and his receptionist were two of the most rude people I've ever met. The receptionist hung up on me repeatedly while I was asking about co-pays, "saying 'I had a bad feeling about this' " then hung up. When I called back to find out more about the payment information she said I was harassing her and hung up on me. I thought there might be a communication issue, and since I am very sick I went down to the office to try and straighten things out. Upon getting there the doctor comes out very aggressive and, with no prior words to me, says "i dont have to treat you, get out of my office." he then threatens to call the police, the whole time I am asking whats wrong and why I can't find out how much my copay is. The receptionist would not give me her name because it was clear she was doing something wrong and wanted no accountability
