Dr. Ding is an warm and caring physician. He is the primary doctor for my 90 year old mother. She's been seeing him for years. She is hard of hearing and he takes time to speak to her at every visit. This year (since March 2013), my mom developed health concerns. We've had lots of questions and he took time to answer them all. Many times the appointment will take 20-30mins! Once she was hospitalized and he actually came to check on her! Didn't know doctors still did that. His office staff is on top of authorizations so we've never had a problem. If there was anything medical equipment she needed (walker, wheelchair...) he and his office would get the authorizations. Great doctor and nice staff.

Yes, they've stayed open late when I've needed help

Never, they are very reliable.

Not at all! They were happy to address every concern I had

I don't know of anywhere else that would've taken better care of me. I had a great experience. I wasn't worried about their equipment. It was safe and well taken care of. I am going to refer everyone I know here. I absolutely love this place. I eventually found a spot after cruising around a little bit. I wish they had more convenient parking available.

Dr Ding, is truly a caring doctor. He takes the time to talk to you and explain stuff.
